Power Waffles

About:

These really are POWER waffles… Loaded with greens (kale, spinach cucumber chlorella, celery, spirulina), protein and fruit… Not too shabby for a little waffle! And my kids devoured them!


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Kodiak Cakes protein pancake mix
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 scoops Power Greens** (or 2 cups baby kale or spinach)

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Cook on a hot waffle iron according to directions.So yummy, you don’t even need syrup (but if you use it, opt for pure maple syrup!) enjoy!!
